Initial assessment: £35
Follow up treatment sessions: £35

Opening Hours:

I am quite flexible with my opening times & have daytime, evening & weekend availability. If you are unsure then just give me a call and I should be able to get you in.

What to expect on your first visit:

On arrival: Ring the door bell and if the door is open come in and take a seat in the hallway. If the door is locked don't worry I will come to the door to let you in. There is a registration consent form on the table for you to fill out before your session, so try to arrive a few minutes early if possible.

Try to come in suitable clothing or bring a change of clothing with you. This will depend on the area that you are being assessed and treated for. So you may need shorts or a strappy top to allow access to the area.

The first session will involve asking you questions about the issue that you have and checking your medical history. Following this, you will then be assessed by looking at your movements and special Orthopaedic tests to help to diagnose the problem.

After I have diagnosed you, I will then treat you accordingly to your condition. This could involve massage, mobilisations, stretches, exercises, advice, electrotherapy and sometimes acupuncture. Everyone is different so what Physio treatments work for you may not work for the next person.
