Our clients have rated our clinics in Stoke-on-Trent, 5 stars on Google for private Physiotherapy, Sports massage & more...

I got a shoulder injury which developed, got worse and stopped me doing gym classes and workouts. After this, I went to a walk in centre and a doctor due to me struggling and the pain developing. They both couldn't tell me directly what was wrong with my shoulder.
I was advised by my doctor to have physio. I decided to go private as I wanted to get it healing ASAP. This is where I got in touch with Mathew at Sub-4.
I had my first appointment which included my assessment, treatment and home exercises. I have since been going weekly due to my injury but have found every session beneficial. I recieve treatment on every session and my home exercises develop each time.
My shoulder is now healing very well and I am starting to get full range of movement back. I find Mathew to be extremely knowledgeable in his field, professional and feel comfortable during my sessions. Even when suffering with another problem, I asked Mathew about it during one of my sessions and he recommended some exercises for that also.
Cannot recommend Mathew and his physio sessions enough!

He is professional and courteous and makes you feel relaxed from the moment you meet him.
He is passionate about his work and clearly keeps updated with the latest techniques, technologies and/or research papers.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
